I am seriously wondering how to give 10 stars! From first contact with *Christine (may have spelled name wrong) through out the first phone contact, she explained EVERYTHING and was polite, courteous and scheduled my appointment. I arrived and was greeted and treated like a person, NOT A NUMBER. They introduced themselves however, I am totally claustrophobic and was nervous. My fears were squelched and the process was EXCELLENT. THANK YOU ALL for your kindness and service!
I just picked up my MRI reports today after spending 2 1/2 hours in the machine on Wednesday. Dr. Wayne Bolton what is the technologist responsible for reviewing my MRIs accurately and he failed to notice three vertebrae that have previously been identified and multiple other images as getting correct of surgery.
