Cathy and Samone are both kind, attentive and provide exceptional care. So thankful to have such amazing people working at Live Oak to provide care to the community.
Was seen by Stephanie on 7/2 at11:30am and I STILL have not received my medication. I have called three times and am told the same thing, it MIGHT get sent today. I love Stephanie BUT for the DR to not have 10seconds to send a prescription is terrible. This is terrible patient care but who cares right because I am just one person!!!!!!!!!!
It's not LGBTQIA+ friendly, but if you want to get deadnamed unabashedly even after saying repeatedly what you go by instead, then this is probably a fine establishment. I didn't make it to the front door. Made an appointment and had to tell them the name on my insurance, but made it clear I went by something else. The person answering the phone only used my legal name after being told that wasn't correct. I thought it was fine.
