Absolutely love this clinic and the staff! Our daughter is...complicated. Every single one there respects her boundaries, makes her feel comfortable, things go at her pace, not theirs. Literally the best people I could ever ask for to help take care of her. We don't trust people easily with our daughter, and Jennifer has more than shown we can trust her. No one ever answers their phones.
I’m extremely disappointed with the professionalism of the front office staff at this location. While I’ve had positive experiences with the doctors and the phlebotomist (who is excellent!), the office staff is another story. It’s completely unacceptable for a medical office to not answer phone calls, return voicemails, or respond to messages on the portal. There is simply no excuse for this level of neglect.
