I am seriously wondering how to give 10 stars! From first contact with *Christine (may have spelled name wrong) through out the first phone contact, she explained EVERYTHING and was polite, courteous and scheduled my appointment. I arrived and was greeted and treated like a person, NOT A NUMBER. They introduced themselves however, I am totally claustrophobic and was nervous. My fears were squelched and the process was EXCELLENT. THANK YOU ALL for your kindness and service!

Wow. My husband had been fighting a deep cough, fever, chest pain, sinus headaches for about 2 solid weeks. We try and get over things ourselves, but this was longer than normal. He had trouble breathing and decided to go to Hunt Regional ER to see a doctor. They did a scan on his chest after he waited for 2 hours. Then they released him to go pick up some cough medicine and charged us $185. They didn't even call in the cough syrup for us. I took my daughter to have a blood test completed at the lab in the hospital in Quinlan TX. I paid for the test upfront because we don't have insurance. I received a receipt and the test was completed. A month or two later I received a bill from the company they use to collect Financial Corporation of America. The charges listed were for a procedure my daughter did not have completed. I took my 4 year old son in on 07/15/19 (yesterday) to get 2, TWO stitches out of his mouth and it was a joke!! They made me fill out paperwork, then after waiting 15-20 min with a room FULL of sick people, it was the ER we weren’t sick so ridiculous to be around sick people!! I went back up there. Some brown headed, rude, looked to be in her 20’s, working around 6:50 PM, was there. I just picked up my MRI reports today after spending 2 1/2 hours in the machine on Wednesday. Dr. Wayne Bolton what is the technologist responsible for reviewing my MRIs accurately and he failed to notice three vertebrae that have previously been identified and multiple other images as getting correct of surgery. When feeling to identify multiple vertebrae that have previously been identified as needing surgery how can one expect the rest of his Report is accurate?
