The staff at this clinic is consistently great and friendly. The average wait time is quick, but it never feels rushed or like they don’t care about the next patient. They are very attentive and seem to genuinely care about my well-being. Dr. Ceesay is an amazing doctor, and his staff is the best, which is why I don’t mind driving the extra distance to visit them. Mrs. Lay is always a joy and makes me feel very welcome with a warm smile every time I arrive.
They never pick up or get you informed. Having them send my referral to the doctors has been so frustrating
They don't answer the phone, EVER! How do you operate a medical office if your patients cannot get in touch with you? Should we send a pigeon?
