Don’t waste your time with this place they don’t accept major insurance companies go somewhere more legit! Also the front desk receptionist was rude & needs CS coaching.
My mom was visiting from Houston and needed attention so we went online to schedule an appointment here in Fate. Super easy, got in quick and could see where we were in line of patients. The clinic is very clean, the staff was very friendly and we got mom taken care of in a manner that she was comfortable with and would rate a 9 and we would agree! Good job Hunt Regional Fate!!
I took my granddaughter there on Wednesday evening because she had an abscess needing attention. My granddaughter was with me for the summer so I didn’t have her insurance card with me so asked the receptionist Jordan if she could look up her information online. I went from a great dr in Richardson and traveling from greenville to Richardson for all my appts. I wanted to be closer to home and found doctor Ceesay and he was new to fate, I thought I would try. I explained all my things going on with me and how my old doctor handled everything with me, was great.
