Very understanding to first time home buyers.

We purchased our first house this past June from an agent at this location and it was a horrible experience. We did have our own agent who was very responsive but If the selling agent needed something it had to happen right away, when we needed something it took days if not weeks. We asked to have 12 outlets replaced, which we would have gladly done ourselves, but we were told the home owners did it and less than half were replaced.
