Be careful if you are someone like me who was unfamiliar and not up to date on home selection. I found out after the fact I need a new roof. Also that mobile home was central AC COMPATIBLE when in fact it will cost me 9000.00 to make it so.Realtor said 3000.00. Had I known I would have started bidding at much lower price. I made it clear from the beginning I needed guidance and had no one personally to assist me in selection. They are inexperienced and I will not be using them to sell my home.
