The last 2 homes I have purchased, the sellers agent worked for Hunt so beware if you're buying from a seller using them. I don't know what their hiring standards are, but both times the agent was a mix of incompetent and unscrupulous behavior. Both deals with an agent from Hunt had unnecessary issues and unprofessional behavior.
