Let me share a few thoughts on the posts from PB & concemedcitize. First of all, real estate agents are independent contractors so any dirty dealings should be reported to the State DOS and they will make sure any agent found guilty of wrong doing gets punished. Mark Tiebor of Hunt Real Estate essentially committed theft against my wife and I. I would recommend using any other Real Estate company in the area, of which there are several.
Neil Gerrity & from Hunt & his partner/boyfriend George Siwy have cost me so much money & hard ship. I am happy to e mail more info & photos if you want. I brought houses from Neil & for the most part the dealings were OK. He said he would manger the properties for me which he did for a little while. Little did I know that he then pass the properties over to his partner/ friend, George. That is when it really went even worse .Neil would not return phone calls.
