Sara Kieffer was the seller’s agent and we are the parents of the Buyers. During the final walkthrough, there was an issue with a component in the house and when contacted, Sara insisted the buyers did something wrong. She let it be known that she was inconvenienced and her night was now ruined. The seller resolved the issue and provided a work order in addition to the faulty component.
