Let me share a few thoughts on the posts from PB & concemedcitize. First of all, real estate agents are independent contractors so any dirty dealings should be reported to the State DOS and they will make sure any agent found guilty of wrong doing gets punished. Mark Tiebor of Hunt Real Estate essentially committed theft against my wife and I. I would recommend using any other Real Estate company in the area, of which there are several.

Neil Gerrity and his partner/boyfriend George Siwy have cost me so much money and hard ship . I am very happy to e mail more info & photos if you need it. I brought houses in Buffalo NY from Neil & for the most part the dealings were handle OK . Neil said he would take care of the properties for me which he did for a short time. Then he then pass the properties over to his partner/ friend, George. That is when it really went REALLY BAD .Neil would not return phone calls. Tying to contact George was almost impossible. DON'T DEAL WITH HUNT – I can not say anything nice about HUNT They are dishonest and once the sale was final they wanted nothing to do with me.The man I had our dealings with was nice till the sale was done and then we were dumped and left on our own. To bad for customer service !!! JILL Z
