I'm a new tenant in one of Hunt Real Estate's buildings and after being there less than 2 months the A/C broke and the bill to fix it was $1500. I asked them to pay it or at the very least help me out with it since I am a brand new tenant and they wouldn't offer a dime towards the bill. I would not recommend them after having this experience.
