I have been making payments for the last 6 months with no issues. My issue with this office came when i was working with them to create a settlement/payoff. I was first told that i needed to speak to a specific representative . I dont remember her name but she was an older woman who had a British accent. She was so rude and nasty to me over the phone on the 4 occasions i spoke to her. Recently sent these people a final check to settle my account. I enclosed this with a letter. The check was more than my monthly payment. The check was returned uncashed with a letter stating that the final amount was more than the agreement I signed. Why didn't they cash the check and credit my account?

Calls me and tells me they cant tell me why they are calling me without me giving my social and other “identifying” things…
