Bob went above and beyond in cleaning our stained grout and tile. We never expected our floor to look like it was just installed. He also got old stains out of some tired carpet that now looks fresh and new. We first met Bob a few weeks ago to get an estimate to clean our basement carpet, a very small section where our cat urinated. Bob was on time, personable and seemed very knowledgable about cleaning carpets, sofas, etc. We felt very comfortable in hiring Bob that we also had him clean the bedroom carpets, a few sofas, carpeted stairs and an area rug.
