Very hard to get them on the phone, but nice on phones and are willing to work with us.

This business gives super sketchy vibes. Found out one of my accounts was sent to this agency, so I went online to see if it was something I could look into. No online portal. Ok…. RECORD YOUR OWN CALLS! This company tried to serve me with court docs and their server left them with somebody else. This was the first time they tried serving me so this doesnt qualify for substitute service. I called them and started recording the call on my iPhone, which does let them know they're being recorded. Anyway, when i asked a question about how to proceed since they didnt serve me, they said they would be happy to discuss that info on a non-recorded line. Excuse me???
