glad some people find a way to make money off the misfortune of others
Ironically enough when I called them, I was on a long-ish hold but I talked to rep, explained my dilemma, and honestly the conversation was fine and she was even nice on the phone and working through what we could settle at. Every month I get money subtracted from my bank and thats that. Maybe if y'all were nicer to them on the phone they would be nice to you! (And no I was not paid to write this I am expressing my true feelings)
They literally never ever evvvvvvvver answer the phones or call back after leaving a message
I have been making monthly (on time) payments to these people for last 9 months-so they told me that my August payment was never received--BUT I sent the payment (as I do every month) Certified mail/return receipt--they tried telling me they never got it, but its the same sigunature that received it each month for last 9 months. What a horrible place! THeir accounting SUCKS too--beware!! Keep records of everything you send them! I feel like going back to the judge and informing him on their shady practices! Extremely difficult to get a hold of them regardless of what time you call. They bug the heck out of you to pay but then you have to call 15 plus times to maybe get someone.
