Hunt Ford picked up my vehicle changed the oil and brought my vehicle back within 3 hours
Sub par service, and communication was less than satisfactory. I work for a dealership and if I would never talk to my customers the way someone spoke to my husband. They stated that they would not work on my Ford Escape. I was promised a call back on why someone felt so emboldened to speak like that to a customer. No call or explanation was ever given. Very nice crew that works there !! Our interaction with Ethan was very professional and other staff as well, we weren't charged for the services they tried to preform for us, and I was very grateful for that !! I'll definitely be back again soon!! 🥰
Great people their mobile service is great as they even service scottsville and that saves me a lot of time!
Having to wait 2 and half hours for a oil change when I had a appointment seemed to be a long time and then getting me mixed up with someone else's ticked telling me I needed something when it wasn't my ticked. But I will go back in the future but I'll stay on top of everything that's going on with it next time. Have a great day
