Okay, so just moved in at the end of June and I like it so far. They have a gated entrance with a call box that works, they have a maintenance crew that will come and fix stuff, they offer extermination in case you get roaches, they have parking but only for one car, street parking is not that bad, you can pay online, so far it's the manager Ms. Cyndy is very nice. That is my experience so far. I will keep you updated.
Overall it’s a calm community not too much going on but it is infested with roaches, they turn the water off every week with just one days notice, the call box has yet to be fixed over my 2 years of living on the property so be advised you will miss your deliveries from time to time bc they are unable to gain access, also no matter how clean you are the roaches just never seem to leave and management will do everything in their power to keep your deposit!!!
I been a long time resident and seen ups and downs of the place but currentl our manager veronica with the help of Lynn asst. Manger. try to make. The property a decent place to live. Other folks that make negative comments must have not been raised right or lack of respect for person or property. There are rules to follow for the apartment and rules to follow from the city to ensure living conditions can be safe for everyone.
