I was transferred to an hunt county ambulance EMS from integrity urgent care in Quinlan tx to Royce City tx community hospital. The ambulance progeestoonals were absolutely awesome. I wish I had their names. I can day one professional had a NY Accent. He and the professional handling my IV incert. They both were fantastic. The IV invertion site left zero bruising and was not painful. Thank you for your excellent care.
If I could give zero stars I would . Last Thursday we called 911 bc my wife hurt her hip . When they arrived they told my wife that she didn't break her hip and to sleep in her recliner until it started feeling better. These were guys from the South Tawokini volunteer fire department . Bc of their incompetence , my 79 year old wife spent the night in her recliner urinating on herself. Finally at 7 the next morning I called 911 and they took her to the hospital. A very professional and took very good care of me
Very professional and caring team
The paramedics questioned me instead of my mother who was 3 points away from a stroke and/or cardiac arrest due to dangerously low sodium levels INSTEAD of doing a simple intoxication test (literally as they are trained to do) absolutely piss poor service. Do better. 2/10/2025 @ 9:40pm. Ding dongs
