The customer service was on point, the atmosphere was incredible, selection was wonderful, and the people phenomenal. You should definitely stop in if you get the chance.

Small jeweler in downtown Purcellville. Nice little shop. But the real reason I'm here is to say thanks for repairing my watch band free of charge! I would have gladly paid a fee--after all, it took you 10 minutes fussing with your tiny watch tools to replace the band. Why shouldn't I have to pay for excellent service? Anyway, thanks. My watch has a new lease on life and looks great. :-)
