Office is clean, well organized. Front desk ladies and doctors are the nicest people. The woman who’s sits behind the front desk lady though always seems like she’s in a mood; on the phone and in person. Besides that; everyone’s welcoming.
Amazing office staff! That makes an huge impact when dealing with an dr’a office. Able to see Dr same day when kids are sick, which is helpful!
The front office staff are always so friendly and helpful! The doctors and staff are knowledgeable and take the time to answer all my questions. Appointments run on time, and it’s always a pleasure to visit this office. Highly recommend!
Their entire website is joke. Doing due diligence and verifying because my experiences with the Lake Mary/ Sanford Pediatrics have been pretty poor. I called prior to going in for a “walk-in” when I was told essentially they do not accept walk ins on Saturdays for majority of the services on their website they would need appointments. None of this is listed on their website, available outside of waiting on a call, or easily accessible.
