Terrible doctor. Had my trucking license downgraded because I needed a medical so I set up an appointment with David. It took him two weeks to fill out the form, mind you I'm calling everyday and letting them know I'm not working without getting this medical filled. So I had no other choice but to go to Appletree to get it filled out which they did immediately. Dr. Khuon was the weekend doctor on call for my family doctor's practice. When I called for help, he refused to see me, suggesting I try my family doctor after the weekend instead. So instead of taking 10 mins (for which he would be paid by OHIP) to possibly alleviate my pain and anxiety, he thought it best I wait it out for the weekend. But like I said, he refused to see me so I have no ability to review him.
This “ doctor “ terminated me as a patient for no reason and opportunity to ask. I was in the middle of treatments and he cut me and my family loose with NO REFERRALS to another family doctor. He was indifferent and seemed to be uninterested in anything complicated. Severe arthritis, heart issues and diabetes ——— nothing. He should NOT be a practicing physician.
I have known Dr Khuon for several years. He is excellent. He quarterbacks my complicated healthcare with professionalism. I never feel rushed and I understand and accept his office policies. He takes the time to thoroughly go over my file and I have faith in his direction. Highly recommend.
