Technician at this location was rude, used me as an arm rest, man handled me rather than communicating clearly what she needed to do. Technician blamed me for a miscommunication between her office to me regarding fasting and made that her whole personality for the procedure. She refused to explain or communicate anything and did not give me a heads up prior to doing an invasive procedure. Excellent service, professionally done and always on time.
I honestly don’t recommend Hunt Club Imaging at all. The technician ruined what should’ve been a special first ultrasound experience. She was very rough, laughed at me while I was clearly in pain, and treated my mother with disrespect — to the point where it felt racist. She also took poor-quality photos and was far from gentle or professional.
Customer service is the best. The staff is really kind and professional. I'll certainly comeback if need be
