I’ve had my tires retorqued at various Honda dealerships across Canada MANY times over the last 8 years of owning my CRV. This is the only Honda dealership that has ever turned me away from a walk in retorque. It takes 30 seconds, costs nothing, and is a safety issue. From the many other negative reviews, it seems clear this dealership is NOT where I’d want my Honda serviced.

Gord was a wonderful support while I was faced with a particularly difficult fix on my Honda Accord. He was patient and supportive as he walked me through supports and was transparent when delays were faced. Overall, would def recommend seeking support at this location!
So, on June 19th, I took my car in to get the multiplex module replaced. They did it, but they only programmed one key fob, and now my wife's key fob doesn't work. When I called them, they said I'd have to pay $149, which I think should be part of the original repair since they were supposed to program both fobs after changing the module. , and now I'm not happy because my wife's key is not working.
I visited Hunt Club Honda on April 24, 2026 after waiting several weeks for a scheduled service appointment to address two issues with my 2024 Honda Civic: Passenger side mirror 12V power port malfunction I spent more than 3.5 hours at Hunt Club Honda, yet neither issue was resolved. I was told the 12V port “worked when checked,” but no further diagnosis was done due to lack of time.
