Bruce service advisor avoid! Very poor customer service & extremely rude each time I have spoken with him.
The guy in the service department that looks like Saul Goodman is grumpy. Don’t go to this location for servicing for your car. They act like they’re doing you a favour if you’re spending under $1000. Bad experience and we wont be back.
I had a great experience with Frank taking care of my old civic. Provided an excellent service. No surprises and even came up a bit better than I expected for the services provided. I needed my car for my son’s summer camp and got it really quickly. It was the most efficient and organized service I’ve ever experienced. Great job guys and thank you!
Had to take the civic in for a handful of work, the day after the civic holiday no less. Dealing with the service desk was a breeze. Mike brought me in, we had some laughs and he took down all my information and car needs. Then left me in the care of Gord. Gord was an absolute beauty and incredibly caring. Took my brand new 2025 HRV because I was having issues with the window going up and down, dealt with Gordon and Frank from the second I arrived for drop off at 7:30am they were extremely rude, Every time I would try to let them what’s wrong with my car they would look at me like I was stupkd and reply “yeah well we’ll take a look at it” after they notified me that nothing was wrong with my window I was asking additional questions to try to understand why my window was acting up they became extremely mean to me and talking ov... read more
