6 months ago I purchased a used 2020 Honda CRV. I understand that buying used means things won't be perfect, however, we weren't expecting the A/C fluid to be completely empty, as we were told they do a big inspection on their used vehicles. Had to drop the car off to fix the fluid and the technician took the cable I used to connect the car to the dash, so now I'm worried about what else will go "missing" next time I drop my car off. Service is friendly, but slow due to Covid 19 precautions. Otherwise everything is fine as before. Love Service Manager since Post Covid 19 days. Mike is so easy to deal with!
