I want to give management and the corporate team a five-star rating for taking my concerns seriously and helping resolve a very difficult situation. I moved in just two months ago, and unfortunately, I was harassed by the downstairs neighbor throughout my entire stay in that apartment. I absolutely love our new management team for 2026! Gerelyn and Susie have been exceptional from the moment they stepped into their roles. They are professional, friendly, approachable, and genuinely care about the residents. What has impressed me most is how quickly they respond to work orders and resident concerns. I absolutely love a new management. Geraldine and Susie are excellent. They answer work orders with priority and the maintenance man do a wonderful job keeping the grounds. It's a beautiful property very spacious with a lot of greenery and a number of play parks throughout the community for children. They have washer and dryer hookups a big clubhouse and a workout room.
