I have lived at Hunt Club for over 8 years and I love living here. My apartment is very nice, a good size for a 2-bdr, and has a full sized W/D, which is part of why I initially chose it. The community is very well-lit at night. I park in a side lot and never have trouble getting the closest spot to my place. I have not had anything happen to the 4 different cars I've had since moving in. As a single female, I feel safe here, and I live on the ground floor. Great apartment and great prices. The leasing team is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is wonderful they are efficient and fast. They stay on top of pest control frequently and if requested they will send them out for any additional concerns. Lived here from early 2023 to 2026 and loved it.
SILVERFISH BUGS! LONG LEG SPIDERS! ROACH OUTBREAK! RUDE LEASING OFFICE! i lived here from nov 2021 up until march of 2025 and i’m just now writing my review because i found out the leasing office tried to sue me for not paying rent when i submitted it on the last available date. there was a roach outbreak for months in my building and i wasn’t notified until i moved out. i dealt with an insane amount of silverfish bugs and daddy long leg spiders the entire time i lived here and pest control came into the apt, sprayed twice a... read more
During our time here: Leasing office staff rating 1/5: close to 0% response rate. lacked accountability. lacked accurate’ efficient communication. not trustworthy this won’t change. Illogical or hostile, blameful when interacting with residents. (Issues mainly with Ashley & Erica). and with very minor issues with Shirley (my apologies with name, might be Cherri). We recently moved out of Hunt Club Apartments in Gaithersburg, where we lived from November 2023 to October 2025, and we’re so thankful for the wonderful experience we had. The staff were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful—especially the manager, Ashley Britton who truly cared about the residents and was always available to support the community.
