Noisy neighbors think these homes are CHUCK E CHEESE places and, amusement parks and playgrounds for their kids jumping, screaming, and banging up against your walls. It's sad. You pay more, but somehow these types of neighbors still exist and basically ruin your stay. You move to get away from neighbors like this and they still end up living next to you. Very nice apartments. They are very clean and well prepared for the next resident to live and move into. The service is amazing the 2 ladies in the office are amazing. They are very nice, welcoming and they showed me and my father so much hospitality. They also work very quickly. I finished a tour and got accepted into the residence all within 3 hours. I highly recommend
I have lived at Hunt Club for over 8 years and I love living here. My apartment is very nice, a good size for a 2-bdr, and has a full sized W/D, which is part of why I initially chose it. The community is very well-lit at night. I park in a side lot and never have trouble getting the closest spot to my place. I have not had anything happen to the 4 different cars I've had since moving in. As a single female, I feel safe here, and I live on the ground floor. Great apartment and great prices. The leasing team is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance team is wonderful they are efficient and fast. They stay on top of pest control frequently and if requested they will send them out for any additional concerns. Lived here from early 2023 to 2026 and loved it.
SILVERFISH BUGS! LONG LEG SPIDERS! ROACH OUTBREAK! RUDE LEASING OFFICE! i lived here from nov 2021 up until march of 2025 and i’m just now writing my review because i found out the leasing office tried to sue me for not paying rent when i submitted it on the last available date. there was a roach outbreak for months in my building and i wasn’t notified until i moved out. i dealt with an insane amount of silverfish bugs and daddy long leg spiders the entire time i lived here and pest control came into the apt, sprayed twice a... read more
