During our time here: Leasing office staff rating 1/5: close to 0% response rate. lacked accountability. lacked accurate’ efficient communication. not trustworthy this won’t change. Illogical or hostile, blameful when interacting with residents. (Issues mainly with Ashley & Erica). and with very minor issues with Shirley (my apologies with name, might be Cherri). We recently moved out of Hunt Club Apartments in Gaithersburg, where we lived from November 2023 to October 2025, and we’re so thankful for the wonderful experience we had. The staff were always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful—especially the manager, Ashley Britton who truly cared about the residents and was always available to support the community. I lived at Hunt Cub for over 10 years and it has been a pleasure with Management being responsive to the residents. Great service and management and prices are not too bad!

It's okay. I don't know, maybe we are living in a time where all apartment complexes are the same. Maybe we live in a time where there's not much care anymore. I remember when people would read surveys and reviews to improve but it's probably the times where it's like "I don't care, whatever, you figure it out". Here's the question to be asked in the end "WOULD YOU RECOMMEND TO YOUR FRIENDS"? 1. It gets expensive here. Absolutely terrible experience with Hunt Club Apartments. On move-out day, we went to return the key during business hours, but the office was randomly closed with no notice or communication. They didn’t even inform anyone that they’d be closing early. We stood outside for nearly 2 hours, carrying heavy luggage, calling multiple times—including emergency maintenance. Every time, we were told “someone will contact you shortly.” No one ever did. We weren’t the only ones either—I saw several other people waiting outside the off... read more
