Without a doubt, this is the worst a place I have ever lived in my entire life. Everything about this place is incredibly cheap, but they have stilled increased rent every single year. MOST RECENT RENT INCREASE 12% Maintenance/Facilities 2/5: I’ve lived here for 6 years, and the hasn’t flushed properly since, maintenance won’t fix it, and on top of that the plastic bathroom fixtures break at least four times a year.
