Erika is so Rude… very disrespectful. if I can I give 0 stars to this apartments with many roaches
When you move out they give you a detailed list of all the items you need to clean and repair. Isn't that kind of nasty because a cleaning service should come in before the next tenant, not rely on the previous tenant's version of "clean".
Office staff is great
Had a wonderful experience so far! Office staff have been wonderful and kind to me and my girlfriend. Shout out in particular to Ashley Britton, who has been incredibly helpful with everything we’ve needed since move in. If you have issues, try for Ashley and she’ll sort you out. Lots of bad reviews here but… lots of people not knowing how to read a lease as well :(
