It's okay. I don't know, maybe we are living in a time where all apartment complexes are the same. Maybe we live in a time where there's not much care anymore. I remember when people would read surveys and reviews to improve but it's probably the times where it's like "I don't care, whatever, you figure it out". Absolutely terrible experience with Hunt Club Apartments. On move-out day, we went to return the key during business hours, but the office was randomly closed with no notice or communication. They didn’t even inform anyone that they’d be closing early. We stood outside for nearly 2 hours, carrying heavy luggage, calling multiple times—including emergency maintenance. Every time, we were told “someone will contact you shortly.” No one ever did. We weren’t the only ones either—I saw several other people waiting outside the off... read more
