I’ve been living here for 2.5 years - Pros: office staff are wonderful and responsive, maintenance requests are quickly fixed. Cons: the first year was roach free, after tenants moved in downstairs we’ve been plagued by roach issues. Lucy has tried her best but either their pest management company needs to be changed or stricter measures need to be taken - I love this place very much but will have to move because I just can’t take the constant roaches anymore despite all our best efforts.
Hunt Club Apartments is a great community with a friendly, helpful management team and quick maintenance service. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels safe and comfortable to live in. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a wonderful place to call home!
My experience with this property left a very negative impression. One of the biggest issues was how quickly guest vehicles were towed. A guest's car was towed almost immediately, resulting in expensive towing and storage fees. Instead of making visitors feel welcome, it felt like the towing policy was being enforced without any reasonable grace period.
