I had turf installed 7 years ago and it is completely gone all there is left is the sand they use to make grass stand up. They cover product but not labor so why would you pay labor to have junk turf reinstalled. If I could them a lower score I would.
I paid over 15 thousand dollars for front and back yard. With one year the grass started falling out. When i called to get it replaced they staright out refused. They just said you need to pay to have it all re done. Do not waiste your money on this company.
Unfortunately they are not serving my area any more.
I am glad to say that I have the greenest grass in the neighborhood. HunnyDo - they really did a great job installing my artificial turf. The main reason I went to them was because they DO NOT nickel and Dime you for the things they do - albeit small additional things - unlike their competitors. They have a very professional team of installers who are diligent and polite as well. I highly recommend to have them do the installation if you have a need for artificial turf.
