O star out of 5. Can't believe this real estate has 5 stars! The worst housing experiences ever. Joe Hunkins is very rude and ignored messages when I tried to get answers about my deposits. I really loved living in the seacoast area for a few years, however I was extremely stressed out living in the apartment unit that I rented. I did not get my deposit back fully and he ignored providing me an itemized receipt about 22 steps of deep cleaning!! I was exposed to the neighbor’s noise, weed smell, and so many bugs & ants. I didn't have Joe as my Real Estate advisor, however, he was listing a house that I looked at. Every question that I asked he had an answer for. Which way is South, what is going on with the 'new road' just down the street, what is this extra electrical box here, to name a few of the questions I had. Very professional, on time, and was very knowledgeable with the house he has listed.
