I didn't have Joe as my Real Estate advisor, however, he was listing a house that I looked at. Every question that I asked he had an answer for. Which way is South, what is going on with the 'new road' just down the street, what is this extra electrical box here, to name a few of the questions I had. Very professional, on time, and was very knowledgeable with the house he has listed.

I just purchased my first home a few weeks ago with the help of Hunkins Real Estate! They are knowledgeable and willing to talk through all questions that come up while in the beginning, during, and ending stages of buying a home. Joe definitely has his customers best interest in mind when looking for the "Perfect" home! Both Joe and Kate lessened the stress of such a big purchase by throughly answer my questions and listening to my concerns! Such a great experience, especially for a first time home buyer!
