Due to the continued revolving door of employment the food is inconsistent, over priced and limited to burgers and pizza. Owner is constantly changing the hours you drive 10-30 minutes and the doors could be locked. . This place is not all considerate to the community. Lance is taking donations for snow removal yet he did not even do that when it’s needed. Several ice houses had to be PUSHED OUT BY CUSTOMERS!! The Hungry Pelican is wonderful! Great food and delicious unique drinks! Perfect for a day on the lake!
Bar was closed before 10 pm on a Saturday. Also my wife and her sister were not serviced at the bar without having to move to a different spot twice. It would be nice if the bar was open until posted hours on the weekend when both campgrounds were full. The bar would do better if staff was more friendly and weren't worried about closing early to get home. My wife and her sister were at the bar. They know that is how it works.
