My son and granddaughter visited your location in person yesterday when an employee made my son fill like shit because his card was declined my son is a single father he was just trying to feed his daughter not to be humiliated in front of his daughter.

I ordered a simple online order off their website, a large pizza and Flatbread this evening. I saw the order was made and ready within a half hour, it continued to sit at the store for another 45 minutes before a 3rd party delivery service (doordash) came and finally picked it up and delivered it. It took just under 2 hours for me to receive my food. Ever since this location, if not all HH started using 3rd party deliveries, it has always taken forever.
