My order was incorrect and I asked they could fix my order. I paid over $20 for a pizza just for them to say they will do it next time. This has been an ongoing issue. Unfortunately this is the ONLY hungry Josie’s in my area so I take breaks in between. When asked for the employee’s name he said Christian I asked for his last time he told me I didn’t need it because he was the owner. How do you expect good customer service from the employees when the OWNER has an idgaf attitude.
I go to Hungry Howies at least once a week, and Alex is always so amazing, the staff has always been so great and attentive, I go frequently because they truly make everything so great and have outstanding customer service! The deals on the app are unbeatable!!
Donr know what to say here besides grease filled pizza and heart burn city I guess I have to say hold the grease please there was so much we were dabbing a paper towel on the pizza so we could eat it
