Unreliable. Multiple times they failed to show up. Kept messing up my order. If I could give half a star I would. Anytime you call with an issue they put you on hold and leave you waiting

There was no cheese on the pizza, just ranch. It seemed like the pizza was covered with meat to hide the fact that there was no cheese at all. I also ordered the Howie Bread, which normally comes with cheese, but instead it was just dry bread. I tried calling the store multiple times with no answer. I was transferred to the store and left on hold for over 10 minutes with no help.

They send out coupons, but then say they can't accept coupons. Huh??? Make it make sense. Does the manager fail to understand how coupons work? Whichever manager I spoke to over the phone has more ego flowing through his veins than blood. Who hurt this manchild, and why is he taking it out on everyone else? I feel so sorry for anyone who has to work under someone with such a severe superiority complex. I guess I get it. I mean, this is probably the farthest he's going to make it in life. I'd be a little sore about that, too.... read more
