Called in and placed an order for pick up. Was told the food be ready in 20-25 minutes. Went to go pick it up and it wasn’t ready. At that point it had already been the allotted time they said it would be ready in. Sat down and waited about another 15 minutes before I went back up and asked if the food was ready and was told it wasn’t because they had “a big order.” If that was truly the case, then why did they say anything when I placed the order over the phone or even when I got there? they couldn’t tell me how much longer... read more
