The new gluten. Free pizza crust is extremely terrible. It is as tough as nails doesnt rise who in their right mind made this decision. Lol. Horrible
Absolutely horrible customer service. I found a tooth in my food and corporate won’t do anything about it and the location owner won’t call me. I have called corporate now 5 times but still nothing. They just tell me that every store is individually owned and they can do what they want.
Terrible Terrible experience in Grosse Pointe Location. Over 2.5 hours for a delivery. Contacted the store, no response. Contacted corporate THREE times. And nothing. They just tell me to wait on the store, and we are going on over a month. You lost a customer...and I will be sharing my experiences.
Usually order here with no issues however this last time my order was wrong and undercooked. I called back to explain the issue and was immediately interrupted by the “manager” and told “you ain’t gotta have no attitude”. I Was completely disregarded while trying to inform her why I was bothered by the fact that my pizza was undercooked, and didn’t have the flavored crust or extra items that I paid for to be on it only to be told again that “ain’t gotta have no attitude it’s just a pizza”.
