I ordered a Detroit Style Pizza because I was feeling sick and didn't want to cook, the delivery was quite fast, when I opened the box the burnt smell hit me, a piece of meat was charcoal, I complained on the web page for the Southgate Michigan, location, got a phone call that someone would be contacting me soon, I'm not putting my trust in that, I'd like my 31 dollars back or at least a gift card, my money was not well spent, that day, well can you resolve this issue, I'm still waiting!! They charge me $7.99 for delivery.When I called them they said the prices went up.Whe I called customer service they stated the same.When I went on line to act like ordering it was $4.99.I then called customer service back Erma,who acted surprised when I told her this and said Owner would call back.When I called store back talked to Terrence,after saying it's always been this price,and told him it's not a way to treat a customer,he just said oh ok.I then tried again and called at 11:00pm and Manager stated that's corporate p... read more
