The Hungry Howies at 7 Mile Rd. In Livonia, Michigan has been declining for years. The service is terrible, the restaurant is a mess, the food is NEVER cooked right. The people running the counter are in pajama pants and don’t care about the customers. I ordered at least once a week and enough is enough. I will not ever order from a Hungry Howies again. Would rather go to Little Caesars. So sad that this younger generation ran a good pizza place to the ground. Joseph Baer Extremely dissatisfied customer.
The staff were attentive, making sure our table always had water and everything we needed.
Picked up an online order and when I got home the order was incorrect. I called the resteraunt and the manager told me that he would take my name and I could come back another day and he would replace it. I went back the next day to replace it. I was told that It was not noted anywhere and that they wouldn't replace it. I asked for the manager's name that I spoke with the night that I ordered the pizza. Ordered delivered detroit style pizza, first piece i noticed a small green item and thought it was green pepper, then the seond piece had green substance all along side of piece, so did the rest. I called local store and manager didnt know what it was either(i sent pic to him) he advised to stop eating pizza, he would give refund. Im more.concerned what green substance in ans not refund
