I usually only write positive reviews but I’m super bummed about my experience. Ordered pizza and dessert for delivery from hungry howies website and it said it would be an estimated delivery of 40 minutes. Got a call that they were out of the dessert originally ordered but could substitute for another which was totally fine with me. I ordered 2 pizzas, 1 mushroom and steak (paid extra for steak) and the steak slices were thinner and smaller than the mushroom slices and all you tasted was the mushroom. The restaurant staff was rude enough to the delivery driver that she mentioned it to me and reported it on her end. Definitely not worth the extra money, just ordering from somewhere else next time.

The manager, Dom, needs a raise ASAP. When I picked up my order he politely and professionally explained to an uber eats driver how important the bag to keep the food warm was for the quality of the food. He also made another cookie for me because it was a little burnt. This guy cares how your food turns out. He pays attention to details.
