I was stoked to order a Detroit style pizza for delivery but when I got it, it was undercooked. Completely RAW DOUGH in the center. My boyfriend called to see if we could just get a new pizza delivered. The woman (Heather) who answered the phone had to continue placing us on hold presumably to ask the manager what to do. She relayed the message that we could bring the pizza to them (even though it was delivery) and they'd refund it.
