DIG IT. My mother lives 40 minutes away from her favorite pizza. I deliver her a pizza occasionally when the manager found out he gave me an insulated bag so it would still be hot. Thanks again
How do you quote 50 minutes and then door dash shows up 150 minutes 2.5 hours later with your pizza. You call the store and they say oh it’s fine your pizza is in a warmer the whole time. I want my money back. Will never order delivery again what a joke. Your staff has the worst customer service also. Get lost.
I ordered ranch crust and got a plain crust!
Hungry Howie’s uses a call center to take orders so you wait on hold forever and they read a script trying to upsell you a bunch of stuff you don’t want. I had to say no to dessert three times. Update a couple months later: still using the awful call center that can’t take a coupon and still tries to sell you extras. Had to say no to a drink and dessert today.
