Our car got totaled and towed right outside. We came in to warm up while we wait for a ride and the nice lady behind the counter brought us bread to warm us up! It was the kindest gesture after such a terrible experience.
They messed up my order and it happens but took good care of me in the end first time going to that howies since we moved I will be going back
First time to this location last night and last time. Highly recommend changing the hours both on site and Google to save everyone the hassle. Hours stated closing at 11pm, showed up at 10:02pm to pick up my ONLINE** order placed around 9:40 and to my shock the door was locked, opening sign was off. Tried to call a couple times and were ignored by the people still inside the building. The young man who opened on 9/08/2025 needs a raise and to be groomed for promotion! He was friendly, fast and made my order to perfection. I didnt see anyone else, so extra points if he was alone.
Called for a takeout of 2 large pizzas a breadstick and a 2 liter. Told me to pick it up in 20 min phone call ended at 5:50 it is currently 6:40 and I am still waiting for my pizza drive the extra 10 minutes for the other hungry howies down 59 don’t give this business your money
