Caribou customer service from the cashiers to the drivers and the food is disgusting
So far we have not had any problems with our orders, pick-ups, etc. Yummy pizzas. UPDATED 7/26/25... Used the app to place our order this time. They are still good, but the app wasn't user friendly... I tried to remove the onions from the BBQ chicken pizza and it wouldn't let me, so I had to put this in the notes, only to find out that they don't see that part when they get the order... It only shows up AFTER they make it and it gets printed out! They apologized, and made a new one for us and they were very quick about it!! ... read more
