I ordered a pizza at 6:45 pm and did not receive it until after 9pm. After delivery fee and tip, the total was 40 bucks. When it finally arrived, it had been sitting in an oven so long the cheese was shriveled and pizza looked terrible. I live three blocks behind the store. Last 3 times I called in my order was nowhere to be found when I got there.i called the Pizza Hut down the street my order was ready and it was amazing. Never eat here I saw roaches too.

I ordered a cheesy bread and Italian sub. When I open the box of cheesy bread it was not cut into pieces,it had big bubbles in it and it was burned. I tried to eat it but I couldn't so I threw it away. I am very disappointed but not surprised that happened.

So my two previous orders were messed up and the manager made it right. As a mom who is exhausted and only resorts to pizza as a last resort it means a lot to me that they did this. I’m so thankful for their kindness and professionalism. Have been a Hungry Howie’s customer for a long time and will continue to be.
