This was my first and last time. It took two hours for my food to arrive and they charged me and additional $10 for being out of there delivery range which wasn’t stated when I originally ordered. Just terrible service and cold pizza. I called the manager and he was less than helpful. I’m so disappointed. I do not recommend them at all.
Consistently late/cold/rude
Well i order a sub and none of the condiments i ordered came with the sub. Also the sub was burnt and barely had any meat as i am used to from other restaurants. I will never order from this restaurant again. Sorry
RecommendedI do recommend Hungry Howies there pizza's and cheese breads' are bomb!! But I am not satisfied with there way in serving. RecommendedCourteous and professional. Delivered on time.
On two separate occasions I ordered a pizza from this place both times I ordered it with extra cheese and extra sauce. Both times I got a pizza without any sauce on it at all. Then to make matters worse the second time I ordered from there my pizza was delivered 45 mins After my initial quote time. Then the manager "John" wanted to fix the mistake by offering me a "buy one get one free pizza." So I would have to spend more money for them to screw up my order again No thank you.
RecommendedI was treated kindly upon walking in, as if I were an old friend. The Pizza was ready and even with the phone ringing the manager delegated a phone call himself and the Employee knew to be sure to ask if I knew what kind of flavored crust I wanted because I forgot to ask. Like Matthew, I received a text from the Manager, asking me to come here and post a review. I wasn't going to as the order was horrible and I don't like speaking ill of a business when I know that it was the staff and staff turnover is generally large. In the past there have been errors in my order(s) and when I have called to let them know, not necessarily to complain, I got the defensive rude run around which lead nowhere.
