Terrible customer service
This was my first and last time. It took two hours for my food to arrive and they charged me and additional $10 for being out of there delivery range which wasn’t stated when I originally ordered. Just terrible service and cold pizza. I called the manager and he was less than helpful. I’m so disappointed. I do not recommend them at all.
I am so utterly disappointed and do not recommend anymore! We literally order from here once a week- we’ve never had a problem before- never complained - Tonight we got rock hard pizzas that were over cooked - and extra cheese pizza without extra cheese and I could barely chew my food- I called the store just asking that they remake the pizza and have it redelivered and I was met with the nastiest attitude from the assistant manager who refused too remake said pizza - said the owner would have too deal with it- Seriously? RecommendedHave only tried this place a couple times but it is the best pizza I’ve come across so far here in Utah! I went to order delivery as usual and I noticed their phone system was down. So I drove over to the store and the lady at the desk was so sweet. I ordered but their machines weren’t working and I told them their phones seem to be down as well. Worst customer service . Just as bad as the food . I was treated like dirt. They really need to do something about this. I'm apparently not the only one on here thats be treated bad. I will never go to this place again.especially when their is Jets down the rd as well as many other pizza places . You would think they would be wise to be nice and use the motto the customer is always right. I hope they shut down.
