We did an online ordered at 7:50 and was told it would be 20 minutes arrived at the store and repeatedly went in. Did not recieve our order until 9:15. When we did receive our order it was the wrong pizza. It was our fault for not checking before we left the store. Tried to call the store back to let them know so they could check their orders. We never really eat here so not sure if this is the usual. But our experience was TERRIBLE and would not recommend.

For the Second Tim win a row I have called in and ordered a meat eater pizza and added mushrooms and xtra cheese , for the second time in a row when I got home 15 miles away the 26$ pizza only had the mushrooms and cheese no meat , how the hell you F —- that up!!!!

I ordered a pizza at 8:30 p.m. was told that I would receive it by 9 p.m. delivered. waited until 9:30 p.m. went up there and they was closed caught another location they said that they should be open until 11 p.m. . they took my money and never got a refund or my pizza
they lack customer service skills along with the ability to cook a pizza sub until the dough is completely cooked. Ontario is the manager and he isn't fit to play a song let alone manage a pizza store.
stop arguing with customer's . And take the orders for address that are most defenitly in the delivery zone . I had to go on the app due to the manager on duty refused to take my order and argued with me about they don't deliver to my house when they are in fact the correct store in our area . So i went on the app and ordered my food from the same store I called smh .I have used this store for many many years after today never again .
