Our pizza arrived after 40+ minutes and the dough was so raw that it was stringy like cheese. When I called they said I could wait 45-1hr for another pizza or I could accept a 50% coupon for my next purchase. Are you kidding me?! After this I will not be ordering from Hungry Howie's again! In the past the food has been fine, but the customer service and wait time is ridiculous. And it is not acceptable to send anyone who has waited that long a pizza that is not done!
Pizza is good. Service is Terrible. Order pizza for pick up, tell us 15-20 minutes. My daughter had to wait 45 mins. When my Husband called the manager to complain he tried to blame us stating she wasn't there to pick it up, when we corrected them telling them She was there to pick it up within the 15 mins he says .. "Well what do you want me to do about it?" RUDE!! ADD THE ORDER WAS WRONG!
Amazing food!! Great and fast customer service!!!!
Pizza is good I ate one piece went back for another one and there was a cockroach in the box and the assistant manager was rude when I called and told her about it.
Horrible customer service, food is not cooked, owner Rude as hell
