Food was very bland no flavor what so ever. I was so disappointed because I like Hungry Howies. But super disappointed this time. The dining area was filthy. Every table was dirty and not just crumbs I mean like really dirty. Magic Erasers or some bleach would be great....

7 minutes ago I placed my order at 8:45.... they gave me a 30 to 45 minute delivery time. No pizza at 9:45 I call "it should be there any minute now." Its 10:05 still no pizza. They call me back he still hasn't made it "NO".... Then he call while I'm on my phone he just got pulled over. I can give you a 10% discount. She pissed me off with that. They refused my service dog entry then refused me service after the policewoman told her my dog was allowed in with me. Then the so called owner of the franchise aka Dustin Crawley called me to laugh at the situation.
Worst food I have ever tasted ordered a steak and cheese sub got a calzone type thing and all u can taste is mushrooms no steak and my tomatoes and lettuce are on the side? Are u serious? Ordered chicken not spicy it's spicy as hell. Then it took them 45 min to find us when we're not hard at all to find will never order from them again.
I had placed an 51.31 order and took back food to be replaced the manager was Patrick and he took my food and didn't give me a refundso I called him a dumbass and he threatened to call the cops on me but customers that witnessed what happen told me to call the police on him so I did and he admitted to the officer this statement and the officer told me to call corporate and he's a witness as well I will never order from hungry howiesin defuniak spgs FL again
The male manager doesn't value his regular customers at all as my sub was filled w butter/grease dripping frm box. He suggest I Shouldve known how greasy it b since Ive bn eating/ordering frm there over 10yrs. He Angerly REFUSED to make me another throwing my $$in garbage since I refused to eat it full of grease. Will NEVER RETURN to This Location EVER!!
Literally refuse to answer the phone the past hour
Do not recommend this place at all. They left items out of my order and when I called to have it fixed I spoke with a very nasty lady with a nasty attitude, the shift manager Joanne. She would not satisfy me as a paying customer that did not receive exceptional customer service at all. She even went as far as hanging up on my.
