Edie is great! We currently have a rescue dog. She is timid and fearful of new situations. Edie takes care of her. Edie is kind and gentle with her. Our dog responds well to the kindness of the staff at Hungry Hound. We wouldn't take our dog anywhere else!!

These wonderful people have always been so friendly and helpful. They know everything and when I bring my dogs in to be groomed, they always come out looking like movie stars. I would never go anywhere else, these ladies are my hero's. Keep up the good work!!!

I've been shopping at this store for years and I'm always greeted with a smile. They even know my dogs name every time he comes in. Their groomers are excellent, and so are the frosted treats for the dogs. Keep up the great work Hungry Hound!

There is no store in the area, or anywhere I have been, that compares to Hungry Hound. I know I can fully trust everything I buy here. I buy ALL of my dog treats, foods, grooming products, and everything else at Hungry Hound. The employees always go above and beyond to help us with all of our needs. They are always able to help me with my dogs allergies or other health concerns I have. I can shop with confidence that my dogs needs are being met. The store is impeccably clean and colorful. Shelley is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition. Our dog was so sick and we were exasperated as to what to do. The vet said all the tests were normal. We were so tired of cleaning up messes at home and didn't know how to proceed. Shelley spent the time on email and then in person to make sure we understood the value of the right nutrition for our dog. In just a matter of days our dog was feeling better. I wouldn't enter Hungry Hound if my dog's life depended on it! The staff acts like they are far too busy to help anyone with even a minor question. When I finally got the chance to ask the question I needed help with (food related) the sales woman looked totally lost and said she needed to ask the owner. I should have left then. I have never felt like I was such a pain, when I was spending money in their store!

great place I am new to the area, and this is the kind of place I am used to in Chicago. They have a very knowledgeable staff, and all of the quality food & treats that I got downtown for alot less $. I'm hooked.

What a great place! I love the stuff here. It's so much better than your average pet store junk. And if you ever need something to celebrate your dogs birthday look no further. They have it all. Nice people, nice place. I can't wait to go back!
