This experience made me stop and look at myself. I can see better the place I was "stuck" in and hopefully now the door is open to make positive changes. The lessons are terrific. Thank you.
The program was very beneficial. At first I was very skeptical. Especially when I was given information that I was eating to subside pain, and not because I just had a big appetite. I don’t know where I would be today if I never returned for another visit. As time passed with every session that truth became more and more clearer of my unhealthy patterns when it came to dealing with my problems.
My gains were significant but because my self-esteem started SO low I spent the first 6 to 7 sessions learning how to notice my feelings.
It is a process but I am gaining the tools and the insights to handle things in a healthy way. It is empowering! Letting go of dieting and guilt is very freeing! Lisa is awesome!
