Contacting customer service was a nightmare for our department and only accounting which is outsourced was able to communicate directly. The response I got to a month old query in this message sums up the experience. Typo and all.

Awful experience with catering. I listed my allergies for two separate orders on back to back days and they still managed to mess that up. Won't be ordering from this platform anymore.

Their service is reliable, with consistent on-time delivery- even when we’re ordering more than 50 meals from 4 different restaurants, weekly! They've been quick to resolve any issues that have come up, and their team is always considerate and flexible. From an admin perspective, their service requires minimal oversight, which makes things incredibly efficient for us. Superb work all around!
