Called on a cold am and tech was at my door within a couple of hours. From the dispatcher who took my call to the technician that showed up (in uniform and when he said he was) my experience with this company was excellent. They are my heating an air company from now on. John inGlen Allen
Horrible service. I was charged $97 for the tech to flip a breaker. He was supposed to check the unit, and come back inside and tell me what he found. Instead, he flipped the breaker and charged me for it even though I never authorized it. I called to complain about the fee and lack of customer service, and the service manager -Andrew was as rude as he could be.
