Michael and Lincoln were the first funeral directors I ever had to interact with, and I could not have asked for two kinder people to guide my family through such a devastating experience. I first contacted the funeral home because hospice had advised me that we should have arrangements in place. At the time, I truly believed I would have days, perhaps even weeks, before I would need to call them.
