A couple months back I came in to repair a necklace. It was a gift from my grandmother who passed away a couple years ago. He said he would try to fix it in between a week and wouldn’t guarantee it would be possible to fix. They called me the next morning to tell me it was ready. They said because of the meaning that it had they had to fix it the fastest they could and the job was AMAZING it looked just like when my grandmother bought it. I’m so thankful with them for the hard work they put.

I've been coming to this shop for over 2 years now, mostly for watch and ring repair and each time Mr. Luu does such an excellent job! He definitely goes above and beyond and ensures to tailor solutions to your preference and budget. Such a charming gentleman too! I have yet to avail of their custom jewellery service but it does look promising. Highly recommend this business for anyone who is looking for an honest, highly skilled and friendly, family-run jeweller in Brisbane. It always feels great to support local!
